• How does the doctor keep up to date on all of the current techniques and materials?
  

  Dr. Jones is committed to remaining familiar with the latest dental technology so that he not only is aware of what is available, but also can decide what procedures are most appropriate for you. He completes 50-100 hours of continuing education per year for that purpose.

• Do you accept referrals?
  

  We are happy to accept referrals. Your referrals are a great compliment to us.

• What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
  

  All too often, an emergency occurs outside of normal business hours. If this happens to you, please call our office and our answering service will page Dr. Jones. If Dr. Jones is unavailable, another qualified doctor will be on call to address your needs.

• What different payment options do you provide?
  

  Our office will work with you to find the appropriate payment option for you, including the possibility of a dental fee plan for larger cases. For regular payments at time of service, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, cash and checks.

• How can I safely whiten my teeth?
  

  We recommend that you whiten your teeth with either Zoom! In-Office Whitening or one of our professional take-home trays. Dr. Jones can talk to you more about what method will be the most beneficial for you at your appointment.

• What makes you different than any other dental practice I can visit?
  

  Dr. Jones and the dental team are dedicated to your overall dental health and comfort and will assist you with each step of your experience. When you visit our office, we make every effort to listen to and address your needs and concerns. That means giving you our undivided attention and time. We enjoy getting to know our patients and are proud to call so many of them our friends!

  We are also committed to keeping informed about the latest in technology and techniques. Dr. Jones alone takes 50-100 hours of continuing education each year.

• Crowns, veneers, on-lays, and partials…where can I learn more about these procedures?
  

  We offer a significant amount of information on these topics in our office through our Caesy education system and helpful brochures. Please contact our office so that we can give you the information you need.

• I want my front teeth to look better, but I do not want to wear braces. What would you recommend?
  

  We offer a variety of cosmetic and aesthetic services to help you achieve a straight and even smile without the use of braces. Dr. Jones will be happy to discuss the options available to you at your visit.

• What is Smile Analysis?
  

  Smile Analysis allows us to evaluate the structural aspects of your smile as well as to sit down and discuss with you how you feel about it. Your smile is an important component of your entire self-image and we will talk to you about how your feelings about your smile affect your life. All of this is done to determine the most appropriate approach for treatments and procedures so that we can give you that smile you have dreamed about. • What is Smile Design?
  

  Smile Design is a detailed, technical process in which Dr. Jones will use information gathered from your smile analysis and dental imaging to create your new smile. Prior to any treatments for your new smile, we will devise a treatment plan that accounts for the goals that we put together with you. This design will also consider your personal characteristics – your age and gender, for example – as well as your lifestyle. After all of these considerations, we will show you the healthy, radiant and unique smile we can create for you. Smile design is an amazing way to combine both technical and emotional issues related to your smile to give you a smile made just for you. Dr. Jones’ skill and exceptional care in smile design can give you a functional, radiant and lasting new smile.
