Dana C. Jones, DDS
A fundamental part of our practice is an emphasis on patient education. Naturally, this focus on the importance of dental education is exemplified in Dr. Dana Jones’ own dedication to continuing education for himself and the dental team. A 1991 graduate of the University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Jones has participated in numerous courses and seminars on a variety of advanced dentistry topics, including the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, which focuses on occlusion and TMJ and The Hornbrook Group’s Ultimate Occlusion and Full Mouth Synergy. He is also a graduate of the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. In addition, Ridgfield Perfect Smile Center has advanced training from New York University and was a clinical teacher at NYU Dental School.
Dr. Dana Jones was voted best dentist in a Fairfield county weekly best readers poll. In 2009 he won the Dentist of the Year at the Mrs. Globe Pageant. active member of the American Dental Association, American Academy Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Dana C. Jones was also Voted best dentist in a Fairfield county weekly best readers poll.

Dr. Jones has been happily married for over 20 years and is the proud father of three children: Chelsea, a student at Princeton University, Griffin, a student at Ridgefield High School, and Olivia, a student at East Ridge Middle School. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events, and playing softball and volleyball. He is also an avid runner and participates in the annual TriRidgefield triathlon. |

Dr. Josephine Franzese
Dr. Franzese joined our office in the fall of 2007 following her completion of the General Practice Residency program at Danbury Hospital. Prior, Dr. Franzese earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (UMDNJ), where she served as president of the Student Research Association. Dr. Franzese was privileged to present her research on the impact of oral hygiene practices in the prevention of hospital-acquired nosocomial pneumonia at the NJ Dental Association Annual Meeting and the ADA National Student Conference of Dental Research in 2004.
During her early tenure in the Ridgefield and Danbury dental communities, Dr. Franzese has quickly developed a reputation for providing “compassionate care.” Her natural empathy and understanding of the patient experience is supported by an education that includes caring for children, the elderly and medically compromised patients. In addition to her Doctorate degree, Dr. Franzese holds a B.A. from Virginia Wesleyan College in Virginia Beach, VA, where she double-majored in Psychology and Health and Human Services.
A Westchester County native, Dr. Franzese moved to Ridgefield in the summer of 2006 with her husband, Adam, and Labrador Retriever, Molly. Together they’ve since welcomed their children Jack Michael (2010) and “big-sister” Ella Marie (2007). Dr. Franzese is an avid skier and enjoys hiking with her family in tow. She is involved in local parenting groups and enjoys time with her children and friends at local playgrounds and parks.
Dr. Franzese is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Fairfield County Dental Club. |

Cindy Cody, Front Office & Financial Coordinator
Cindy is another friendly face that will greet you when you visit our Ridefield, Connecticut dental office. Assisting in all aspects of the dental office, Cindy will ensure that all of your dental needs are met and that your office experience is pleasant. Cindy and her husband, Michael, live in Redding, Connecticut and have two sons, Matthew and Brian. In her off time Cindy enjoys gardening and skiing with her family.

Jennifer S. Quesenberry, Registered Dental Hygienist / Office Manager
Jennifer enjoys helping patients achieve strong, radiant smiles every day. Some of the procedures that she can perform for you are: patient education, digital x-rays, intra-oral camera, desensitizing and antimicrobial therapy. Jennifer was a chairside assistant for nine years before becoming a registered dental hygienist and ADHA member in 1997. She is a graduate of Hostos CUNY, New York of The Hornbrook Group Team Program. Jennifer spends her off time with her three children, Julia, Andrew, Eliana, and her husband, Andy. She is an avid outdoors fan, enjoying boating, snow skiing and travel.
Mary Lou Jensen, Registered Dental Hygienist
Mary Lou provides you with many years of experience as a dental hygienist. She continues to enjoy her role as patient educator and clinician, while keeping up with the latest dental advances. Mary Lou’s extensive training and education includes a public health degree and a dental hygiene degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry, New Jersey, and Middlesex College of New Jersey. She is a graduate of The Hornbrook Group Team Program and member of the American Dental Hygienist Association (ADHA), as well. Prior to becoming a hygienist, Mary Lou worked as a certified dental assistant. Away from the office, Mary Lou enjoys traveling, jazz festivals, cooking and baking, and spending time with her husband, Jeff, and daughters, Marlee and Callie.
Ashley Mendes, Dental Hygienist
Ashley graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Bridgeport in 2009. She immediately completed her board exams and become a certified member of the American Dental Hygiene Association (ADHA). She has volunteered her time in Roatan, Honduras to bring both oral hygiene instruction and some much needed care to a third world country. She relishes the challenge of becoming better at her job every day. Ashley spends her free time hiking with her boyfriend Adam and boating on Candlewood Lake.
Jennifer L. Carroll, Registered Dental Hygienist
Jennifer is a 1996 graduate of the University of New Haven School of Dental Hygiene and began her career in Orthodontics as an assistant in 1991. A graduate of The Hornbrook Group Team Program and member of the ADHA, Jennifer strives to provide patients with the highest quality care and education. When she is not working, Jennifer is with her husband, Sean, and their three children, Liam, Sarah and Jack. Jennifer enjoys spending time at the shore in GLP, kayaking and biking with her family.
Danielle Lombardo, Dental Assistant
Danielle is one of our skilled dental assistants and will be at your side during your treatment to help you feel secure and comfortable. She graduated from St. Petersberg Community College in Florida and Westconn University in Connecticut. Danielle has also completed courses at the Pinnacle of Advanced Learning Levin Group and has been a dental assistant for many years. When not at the office, Danielle enjoys shopping and being with her family – her husband, Dan, and their children, Daniel and Delaney.
Deb Bonneau, Dental Assistant
A true interest and desire to help people is what makes Deb the perfect fit for our patients. She enjoys working with and getting to know each patient while providing the highest quality dental care and making each visit a pleasant experience.
Deb, Washington born and raised in the Virginia suburbs, relocated to Brookfield, CT in 1999. Prior to receiving her Dental Assistant National Board and Radiology certifications in 2011, she spent over 20 years with a global financial institution in the Washington metro area. In her free time, Deb enjoys a wide range of outdoor sport/recreation activities, as well as the beach, travel, music and cooking.
Deb Teal, Dental Assistant
Debbie joined our office in May of 2008 as a Dental Assistant she assists Dr. Lombardo and Dr. Franzese our associates mainly but fills in as needed throughout the office. Debbie graduated from Westchester Business Institute in White Plains, NY and prior to working in a dental office she worked for Reader's Digest for 9 years as an Administrative Assistant. Debbie brings her people skills to our office to make the patients feel comfortable. Debbie enjoys working and helping people. Debbie enjoys spending her free time with her two children, Sean and Ashley. She enjoys baking, spending time with family and friends and being outdoors, boating, skiing, dancing and traveling.
Kelly Bielefeldt, Hygiene Coordinator
As our Hygiene Coordinator, Kelly works directly with our hygienists conducting pre-appointment preparations, assisting with perio charting, x-ray development and scheduling for follow-on appointments. Highly capable of performing many functions in our Ridgefield dental office, Kelly also assists our doctors and fills in at the front desk when needed. Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and their cat, Rome, and boxer, Sammy.
